If Galaxus accepts your registration, you will receive the login credentials for the SFTP server, which you can enter here in the app:
Margin in %
The margin in % only applies if you are in the supplier model with Galaxus. This determines the purchase price for Galaxus. For example, if you set a margin of 20%, it means that Galaxus purchases the products from you with a 20% discount. If you are in the marketplace model, you enter 0% there.

Here, you specify which payment method the orders imported from Galaxus should be mapped to. In most cases, this is the invoice.

Export Suffix:
User-specific file extensions for data export (this is usually not required).
Galaxus receives the required product feeds with all your products from us. Galaxus then reviews this data and provides feedback if anything needs to be adjusted by you.
Galaxus checks your possible corrections and activates your products once everything is in order.
If you receive many Galaxus orders, the order processing can be automated. Discuss this with your Galaxus contact. Once Galaxus activates the automation, the orders will be imported into your shop.
