Create customer group and assign customers

You can use the customer groups in your store to set, for example, that only certain customers who are in this group have a discount on their purchase in your store. 


  1. Click on the menu item "Customer Groups" in the dashboard and then click on "Create Customer Group":


2. Give the customer group a name:


3. To assign customers to a group, click on Customers in the menu. Click on the "edit icon" next to the customer you want to assign to the customer group:


4. You can assign the desired customer group to the customer below and save the changes afterwards:


5. The customer is now in this customer group and receives, for example, promotions that are only assigned to this customer group:
