Send your packages with Swiss Post and print the labels directly from your shop.
1. In the "saldiaApps" menu, you can add the Swiss Post app:
2. Enter your details here and click the "Connect to Swisspost" button to connect with Swiss Post:
3. Fill out the following form: Contact form for a custom API integration with Swiss Post
- The webshop URL required is the URL from this shop
- You will need the following four APIs: API Barcode, API Address Checker, API Shipping Options, and API PickPost / My Post 24
- You can ignore the shop system
For the technical contact person, enter "support" as the first name and "saldia" as the last name.

For a custom API integration, you must have a billing relationship with Swiss Post. If you are not yet a business customer, click the "Become a business customer" button:
4. You will receive the following data from Swiss Post:
Secret-ID = Customer ID, token-ID = Customer Secret:
5. Under "Settings > Shipping," you can assign Swiss Post as the carrier to your shipping methods, so you can create a Post label directly in the orders:
6. After selecting Swiss Post, you can specify the priority for the Post label:
7. You can then generate a Swiss Post label for the orders in the backend:
