Activate online payments

Without enabling online payments, you can only sell via invoice.

Activate online invoicing or payment. This will allow you to accept all common credit cards, Twint, Postfinance, ApplePay, SamsungPay, and GooglePay as payment methods. 

 

First, you need to complete the KYC process. You can find more information about it in the article "Know Your Customer (KYC)".

 After completing the KYC process, you can activate the payment methods in saldiaPay. 

In the welcome email from saldia, you received the login details for saldiaPay.

1. Log in with the credentials that were sent to you at https://login.saldiapay.ch .

2. Click on "Payment Providers." There, you will have an overview of the payment methods that are offered:

3. Here, you can see which payment providers can be selected.
Click on Configure. For "Payrexx Swiss Collecting," different providers are available compared to "Payrexx Direct." By default, "Payrexx Swiss Collecting" is already activated. If you would also like to offer providers from "Payrexx Direct" in your shop, you need to activate them as well:

4. Here, the transaction fees for the different payment methods are displayed:

5. You can select the different payment methods here.
The following settings can be made here:
-Request new payment methods -> Some payment methods need to be requested
Available payment methods -> You can select the desired payment methods

Save these settings

You have now activated the selected payment methods. Next, you need to assign them in the shop. You can find more information about this in the article Assign payment methods.
